The course recently changed its name to "Antioch Hill Golf Club" and is under new ownership and looking very good.
I only had time to play the Front 9 holes ($20 w/cart or $30 for 18) from the tips (3,039 yds / Par 36), but target golf is what this course is all about. Every hole but the Par 3's were doglegs using 3 iron to Driver off the tee to keep from going through the fairway.
Great hole layout/markers on the tee box to plan your attack and keeping out of trouble. Fairway grass was in good condition, and landing areas were fair but on the narrow side for visual viewing. Greens rolled (7-8) very smooth and were damage free, mostly straightforward to what you saw from behind.
Having four (4) sets of tees ranging from Championship 5,817 yds / 69.4 / 116 down to Senior 4,017 yds / 66.8 / 101 will give something to all levels on this Par 36/35, rolling, tree-lined wooded layout. The Back 9 (2,778 yds / Par 35) is wooded also and plays shorter but still has the many doglegs breaking up the "Grip and Rip" driver mentality that eats up most shorter yardage layouts.
Shot 39 w/ 16 putts in 1hr 15 minutes of scenic golfing in this wooded area, viewing the abundant wildlife in this early morning round. Worth stopping in, if in this upper lower Michigan vacationing area. (Great fishing area)
